Affordable & Flexible
Our hourly rates are among the most competitive in Newcastle. We are flexible in the way our fees may be paid. For example, in family law
or will dispute matters, if our client does not have savings we may negotiate for fees to be paid at settlement. For clients who cannot afford a legal service upfront, we may enter into a payment plan.
Industry Leaders
We are leaders in the way our fees are calculated. The industry standard is that clients are charged in 6 minute units so that for a task that takes 7 minutes you pay for 2 units or 12 minutes of time. That is not reasonable. At Newcastle Legal we charge either a fixed fee for service or in one-minute units. That way you are only charged for the time actually spend on your matter.
